| 本项目总投资1950万美元，建设具有1.95万吨/日污水处理能力的处理厂一座，采用卡卢瑟尔氧化沟工艺,出水执行一级A排放标准,污水提升泵站一座,一级管网(DN1200~ DN1500)10.68公里,二级管网(DN400~ DN800)10.68公里，项目实施年限为2009~2012年。
滨海工业区是台州市“一心六脉”四组团“结构中的四组团之一，是未来台州市的工业新城、城市新区。金清镇作为台州市区的第一大中心城镇、路桥区东部商贸集散中心，以及省重点建设的中心镇，历来是路桥区东部区域的经济、文化中心。随着滨海工业区和金清镇镇区规模、人口及工业的发展，用水量将大大增加，而城市污水排放量也随之大大的增加，使整个水环境质量恶化程度日益加剧。因此，及时建设路桥区滨海污水处理工程，最大程度地降低污水任意排放对地面和地下水源的污染，是十分必要的。路桥区滨海污水处理工程主要服务范围为滨海工业区南片，包括金清镇全部镇区范围、路桥区金属再生园区、蓬街镇镇区和滨海居住区南片。
The total investment for this project is 19.5 million US dollars. A Sewage Treatment Plant capable of treating 19,500 tons of sewage every day will be built. This Sewage Treatment Plant will adopt Carrousel Oxidation Ditch technology and water discharge will comply with class 1 A standards. Also a sewage lift pump is to be built, with first class pipe network (DN1200-DN1500) 10.68 kilometers and second class pipe network (DN400-DN800) 10.68 kilometers. This project has to be carried out within the time period 2009-2012.
Binhai Industrial District is one of the four groups of Taizhou “one center, six veins and four groups” structure and is the future industrial new city and city new district of Taizhou. As the No.1 central town in urban Taizhou, business logistics center in east Luqiao and a central town under Zhejiang provincial key construction, Jinqing Town has always been the economic and cultural center of eastern region of Luqiao District. As the size, population and industry of Binhai Industrial District and Jinqing Town develop, water consumption will greatly increase. As a result, city sewage discharge also increases abruptly, making the water environment worse daily. Therefore, it is quite necessary to implement Luqiao District Binhai Sewage Treatment Project in time to reduce surface and ground water source pollution caused by freewill discharge of sewage as mu (1mu=1/15 hectare)ch as possible. Luqiao District Binhai Sewage Treatment Project will mainly serve the southern part of Binhai Industrial District, including the Jinqing Township, Luqiao District Metal Recovery Park District, Pengjie Township and the southern part of Binhai Residential Area.
