| 工程估算总造价2.16亿美元，其中建安费1.7亿美元。建设用地505亩，建设期3年。本项目起点为75省道前所与杜桥交界处道感堂附近，北端经前所老鼠屿，跨江建桥，南端经燃料公司煤场、滨海冷冻厂、部队靶场，终点连接疏港大道。路线全长8.01公里，按双向六车道设计，路基顶宽32米；其中大桥长3550米,加设非机动车道、人行道2*3.75米,总宽度39.5米，通航标准为10000吨级海轮，通航净空高度40米，通航净宽为双向405米，推荐桥型为双向双索面斜拉桥。
项目属省级重点工程，省发改委已立项，项目建议书已批复。
It is estimated that the construction cost for this project will total 216 million US dollars, including a construction and installation cost of 17 million US dollars. Its construction land accounts to 505 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) and the construction period is 3 years. This project starts from No. 75 Provincial Highway Qiansuo-Duqiao conjunction near Daogantang, via Qiansuo, Laoshu Islet and Cross-river Bridge in the north and coal yard of Fuel Company, Binhai Refrigeration Plant and Army Shooting Range in the south and ends at Dredging Port Avenue. This route is 8.01 kilometers and is designed as a bidirectional 6-lane highway. The top width of the road bed is 32 meters. Therein the Bridge totals 3,550 meters. Bicycle lane and side walk, with a width of 2*3.75m, will be added to the bridge, bringing the total width of the bridge to 39.75 meters. The Bridge is open to 10,000-tonage seacrafts. Its standard clearance height and clear width for sea traffic is 40 meters and bidirectional 405 meters respectively. The recommended bridge type is bidirectional double plane cable stayed bridge.
This project is a key provincial project. Zhejiang Development and Reform Committee has approved the plan and has given an official written reply to the project proposal.
