玉环县大力发展临港重化工产业。黄门山岛位于玉环本岛东南，与本岛的内黄门山相距仅400m，之间隔有一水道，黄门山岛岸线全长约3.62km，可在黄门山岛的西南侧和西侧新建2个20-30万吨级大型油船泊位。对面的内黄门山区域有丰富的滩涂资源，通过围涂可形成陆域约4600亩，能为大型的重化工产业提供充足的陆域腹地。而且围涂沿海岸线长度约1.3km，可新建万吨级以上的化工产品出运泊位。考虑到腹地、运输、环保、安全、地质条件等因素，黄门山具备重化工业发展环境条件。
This Project, with a planned investment of 44 million US dollars, locates at Huangmen Mountain Island and Inner Huangmen Mountain and is to develop large-scale near-port heavy chemical industry. According to the plan, 2 quay berths with scale between 200,000 tons to 300,000 tons will be built in Huangmen Mountain Island of Yuhuan. In Inner Huangmen Mountain, 4,600 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) of shoal will be enclosed and quay berths over 10,000-tonage will be built along the coastline of enclosure area. The yearly throughput capacity is designed to reach 25 million tons.
Yuhuan County is vigorously developing near-port heavy chemical industry. Huangmen Mountain Island lies in the southeastern part of Yuhuan Main Island and is only 400 meters away from Inner Huangmen Mountain in the Main Island. There is a watercourse between them. The coastline of Huangmen Mountain Island is about 3.62 kilometers and two 200,000-300,000-tonage oil tanker berths can be built in the southwestern side and west side of Huangmen Mountain. Inner Huangmen Mountain District, which is opposite to Huangmen Mountain Island, has abundant shoal resources and a total of 4,600-mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) land can be achieved through enclosing shoals so as to make enough port hinterland for large-scale heavy chemical industry. Furthermore, the coastline of the enclosed area totals about 1.3 kilometers and therefore chemical products shipping berths over 10,000-tonage can be built here. In consideration of factors like hinterland, transport, environmental protection, safety and geological conditions, Huangmen Mountain has the environmental conditions needed for the development of heavy chemical industry. |
