| 项目总投资约1950万美元。在大麦屿港区连屿作业区建海堤总长1.99km，围垦面积约870亩。围垦后形成陆域，为连屿作业区的建设奠定基础。岸线外屿至白墩段将建设3个5万吨级和1个1.5万吨级码头泊位，作为后方华能电厂配套码头，岸线连屿至岸线外屿结合后方临港工业需要可建设万吨级以上通用散杂货泊位4个。
大麦屿港区地处我国黄金海岸线中部，是台州市、温州市交界的一个深水出海通道，区位优势明显，深水岸线资源丰富，避风条件良好。连屿作业区位于玉环半岛最西端，地处大麦屿港区连屿至外屿岸段，距玉环县城约12km。围区东面以公路为界，西面临海，北面拟建万吨级船坞，南面拟建连屿修船厂。
The total investment for this project is about 19.5 million US dollars. In Lian Island Operating Area of Damai Island Port District, a 1,990-meter long sea wall will be built and an area of 870 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) will be enclosed. A piece of land will take shape after the enclosure to lay the foundation for the construction of Lian Island Operating Area. Three 50,000-tonage berths and one 15,000-ton berth will be built between offshore Wai Island and Baidun to serve as the supporting dock for Huaneng Power Plant in the rear. If needed by near-port industries, 4 over 10,000-tonage all-purpose bulk cargo berths can be built between water fronts Lian Island and Wai Island.
Damai Island Port District locates in the middle part of the golden coastline of our country and is a deepwater access to the sea at the common border of Taizhou and Wenzhou. It enjoys an advantageous regional position, abundant deepwater coastline resources and favorable windshield conditions. Lian Island Operating Area lies in the westernmost point of Yuhuan Peninsula, locates at the seacoast between Lian Island and Wai Island in Damai Island Port District and is about 12 kilometers away from Yuhuan County. The enclosure takes highway as its border in the east and faces the sea in the west. A 10,000-tonage dock will be built in the north and Lian Island Boatyard will be built in the south.
