| 项目总投资2200万美元，拟在牛头颈与大岩头之间建总长约1.35km的海堤，通过围垦形成陆域。围垦面积约1120亩，其中已围面积约120亩，新围面积约1000亩。陆域前方自牛头颈附近由北向南布置5万、8万、10万、15万吨级大型液体散货泊位。并在8万和10万吨泊位之间顺岸布置万吨以下小型泊位6个，形成大小吨位配套互补的作业区布局。将大岩头作业区建设成为液体化工及成品油作业区，以及作为大型矿石中转码头。目前项目已经县里批准立项。
大麦屿港区地处我国黄金海岸线中部，是台州市、温州市交界的一个深水出海通道，区位优势明显，深水岸线资源丰富，避风条件良好。大麦屿港区大岩头作业区位于玉环本岛西侧大麦屿经济开发区环海村与大龙湾村之间的牛头颈—大岩头岸段，全长约2.2km。该作业区现状地形呈内凹型，三面环山，一面临海，东连玉环岛，北枕牛头颈，南靠大岩头，西邻乐清湾，拟建海堤。围区地势由东北向西南倾斜，涂面高程在-2.0—2.0m之间，该作业区水深条件较好，规划为石化作业区。
The total investment for this Project is 22 million US dollars. A 1,350-meter sea wall is planned to be built between Niutoujin and Dayantou in an effort to obtain land through enclosing tideland. The enclosure area is about 1,120 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) (1mu (1mu=1/15 hectare)=1/15 hectares), wherein 120 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) has finished enclosing and 1,000 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) has to be enclosed. Ahead of the enclosed land near Niutoujin, from north to south, large-scale liquid bulk cargo berths of 50,000-tonage, 80,000-tonage, 100,000-tonage and 150,000-tonage will be arranged. Between 80,000-tonage berths and 100,000-tonage berths, 6 berths below 10,000-tonage will be built. Therefore, an operating area characterized by mutual-supporting and complementary distribution of large-scale berths and small-size berths will take shape. Dayantou Operating Area will be built into a liquid chemicals and petroleum products operating area and a large-scale ore transition port. At present, this project has been approved by County Government.
Damai Island Port District locates in the middle part of the golden coastline of our country and is a deepwater access to the sea at the common border of Taizhou and Wenzhou. It enjoys an advantageous regional location, abundant deepwater coastline resources and favorable windshield conditions. Dayantou Operating Area in Damai Island Port District refers to the coastal area between Niutoujin and Dayantou that located between Huanhai Village and Dalong Bay Village in Damai Island Economic Development Zone to the west of Yuhuan Main Island. It is about 2.2 kilometers long. The current land form of this Operating Area is like a basin as it is embraced on three sides by mountains and faces the open sea on the forth side. It joins Yuhuan Island in the east, pillows Niutoujin in the north, leans against Dayantou in the south and neighbors Yueqing Gulf in the west. A sea wall is planned to be built here. The terrain of the enclosed area inclines from northeast to southwest and the overlay height is between -2.0m and 2.0m. This operating area has favorable water-depth conditions and is planned as Petroleum Chemical Operating Area.
