项目总投资2.1亿美元，投资回收期为10年。拟建一个集大型超市、大型百货、美食餐饮、康乐休闲以及精品购物、室内步行街等为一体的大型综合性购物及娱乐消费中心。项目占地面积400亩（26万平方米），建筑面积达50万平方米，其中商业面积30万平方米。建成后将是台州市域范围内单体建筑面积最大、经营品种齐全、服务门类多样、辐射区域最广、综合竞争力最强的综合性大型购物与娱乐休闲中心。
