| 项目总投资1.47亿美元，其中近期投资约7353万美元。临海综合物流园区划分为商务服务中心、信息管理中心、货物配载中心、国际物流中心、公共仓储和加工配送中心、大宗物资物流中心、化工物流配送中心、配套综合服务中心等八大功能区块，总建筑面积500000平方米，分近期和远期两个阶段建设。近期启动建设货物配载中心计建筑面积26500平方米、国际物流中心计建筑面积50000平方米、公共仓储和加工配送中民计建筑面积39999平方米、配套综合服务中心计建筑面积40000平方米等，总计建筑面积约为156499平方米。
项目选址于临海市邵家渡街道，临海综合物流园区位于临海市邵家渡街道甬台温铁路临海站场的外围，规划占地面积1200亩。临海综合物流园区是一个立足于临海、服务于台州北部各县、辐射温台地区、以区域物流为基础、以工业物流和商业物流为重点、以国际物流为补充、以货运交易为配套、以公共物流信息平台为支撑的集信息服务、货运配载、交易、通关、集装箱物流、仓储、加工、配送、展示等物流服务于一体的综合性物流园区，是台州北部地区物流体系的重要组成部分，是临海现代物流产业的服务中心。物流园区交通便捷，临海是台州的陆上交通枢纽，与三门、仙居、天台和台州市三区均形成了1小时交通圈。
物流园区以纳入《临海市现代物流发展规划》，园区的总体规划已编制完成。项目建议书已经临海市发改局批准（临发改社会[2007]54号），现进入项目可研报告编制阶段。
The total investment is 147 million US dollars, including a 73.53 million dollars investment in the present stage. Linhai Comprehensive Logistics Park District is divided into eight functional sections, namely Business Service Center, Information Management Center, Cargo Loading Center, International Logistics Center, Public Warehouse, Processing and Distribution Center, Bulk Goods and Materials Logistics Center, Chemicals Logistic Distribution Center and Supporting Integrated Service Center. Its floor area amounts to 500,000 square meters and the construction will be carried out in two phases, i.e. the short-term phase and the long-term phase. In the short-term phase, the construction for Cargo Loading Center (26,500 square meters), International Logistics Center (50,000 square meters), Public Warehouse, Processing and Distribution Center (39,999 square meters) and Supporting Integrated Service Center (40,000 square meters), totaling a construction area of 156,499 square meters, will be launched.
The Project is located at the outer-ring of Linhai Railway Station on Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Railway, Shaojiadu Street, Linhai, and is planned to cover an area of 1,200 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare). Linhai Comprehensive Logistics Park District Project, taking Linhai as its base, serving counties in north Taizhou and reaching out for Wenzhou-Taizhou region, is a comprehensive logistics park district that integrates logistics services like information service, cargo transport and loading, trading, customs clearing, container logistics, warehouse, processing, distribution and exhibition while taking regional logistics as foundation, industrial logistics and commercial logistics as focal point, international logistics as supplement, cargo transport transaction as complement and public logistic information platform as underpinning. It is an important part of north Taizhou logistic system and the service center for Linhai modern logistics industry. This Logistics Park District enjoys convenient transportation as Linhai is the hub of on-land communications in Taizhou and it has formed a one-hour transportation circle with cities like Sanmen, Xianju, Tiantai and Taizhou.
The Logistics Park District has been enlisted in Linhai Modern Logistics Development Plan and the general plan has been worked out. The project proposal has been approved by Linhai Development and Reform Bureau ( project No: 臨發改社會[2007]54號). Presently the project has entered the stage of feasibility research report compilation.
