The total investment of this project is 88.24 million US dollars and its investment recovery period is about 8 years. This Project covers a total area of 115 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare), including 40 mu of theme business construction land, 15 mu of warehouse construction land and 60 mu of CBD construction land, and the total construction area is up to 180,000 square meters. It will be built into a garden-like, integrated and multi-functional construction material and furniture market that combines product selling & exhibition, shopping, leisure & entertainment, business handling & social intercourse and warehouse together. The main body of the market will deal with construction material, furniture, lights, household electric products, cloth, decorating design, stone wares, gardening products, craft décor, pets and others.
This project lies to the east of Jingying Business Street in Linhai and on the south side of Baiye Road about 500 meters east of Jingjiang Road (S.)-Baiye Road crossing. It lies to the east of Daqing River and to the west of Kaige Road, which runs right through the base, therefore it enjoys an advantageous regional location. The base is rectangular. It length from south to north is 361 meters and width from east to west is 245 meters. It is planned to cover an area of 7.58 hectares. This project area, with its advantageous geological position and convenient transportation, has the potential to be developed into a high-quality new century business area.
