| 项目总投资约1.47亿美元，分期投入，投资回收期约10年。项目规划用地面积约200公顷。头门港作业区外疏港的重要物资贮运区和临海东部区块配套服务的主体物流贮运区。
项目选址位于临海市东部区块（上盘镇北洋），临海东部区块由浙江省台州化学原料药产业园区、杜桥南工业发展区、北洋临港型工业区块、洞港工业区块等组成，总的开发面积约100平方公里。引进行业有医药化工、电子、电器、机械、汽摩配、服饰材料等产业。目前，已入园区企业100多家。同时，东部区块拥有台州市重点开发的港区——台州临海（头门）港。港区码头建成后，有1万吨级泊位6个、2万吨级泊位8个、3万吨级泊位8个、5万吨级泊位4个，可供利用岸线6476米。利用头门港作业区疏港大道、甬台温铁路站场、沿海高速等主要对外交通枢纽，设置东部物流园区。
This project, with a total investment of 147 million US dollars, will be invested in stages. Its investment recovery period is about 10 years. According to the plan, it will cover an area of about 200 hectares. It consists of two sections, important material storage and transport section located at Dredging Port in Toumen Port Operating Area and Main Body Logistic Storage and Distribution Section serving as supporting facility for Linhai eastern region.
This project lies in Linhai eastern region (Beiyang, Shangpan Town). Linhai eastern region, covering a total development area of about 100 square kilometers, consists of Zhejiang Taizhou Chemical Raw Material Medicine Industry District, Duqiao South Industrial Development District, Beiyang Near-port Industry District, Donggang Industrial District, etc. Industries to be introduced include pharmaceutical and chemical industry, electronic industry, electrical apparatus industry, machinery, automobile, motorcycle and their fittings, costume material, and so on. At present, over 100 enterprises have settled down in the Park. Further, the eastern region possesses the port under Taizhou municipal key construction—Linhai (Toumen) Port, Taizhou. After the construction of quay in the port area, it will have six 10,000-tonage berths, eight 20,000-tonage berths, eight 30,000-tonage berths and four 50,000-tonage berths. The usable coastline totals 6,476 meters. The major aim is to develop East Logistics Park District Project through utilizing major external communication hubs such as Dredging Port Avenue in Toumen Port Operating Area, Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou railway stations and coastal expressways.
