公铁联运中心项目位于甬台温铁路台州南站附近，是路桥螺洋物流中心的重要组成部分，主要承担台州南站铁路物资的集疏运功能。此中心及时疏散和转运台州铁路南站的大宗货物，主要以废旧金属、钢铁（材）、建材、塑料原料及制品等货类为主，其中大部分为更适合铁路运输的大运量低附加值的货物。项目所在地路桥，地处台州中部沿海，兼顾南北，联动呼应海门港、玉环大麦屿港和三门健跳港。境内交通发达，是动工兴建的甬台温铁路货运站、台州机场所在地。高速公路及高等级公路已经全面连接宁波北仑港，台州至宁波北仑只要120分钟就可以到达。已建的台金高速公路和规划建设的台金铁路将进一步提高台州港向浙西、赣、闽、湘地区的辐射能力。公铁联运中心将充分利用便捷的公路、铁路网络为台州、路桥的工商企业提供便捷的物流服务。
The total investment of the project is 34.5 million US dollars, wherein 23.5 million US dollars will be settled by applying for bank loans. 515.6 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) of land will be expropriated. Buildings such as Transaction Building, Comprehensive Building, Warehouse and Processing center will be built. Their floor area totals 145,200 square meters. Domestically advanced logistic distribution operation equipments will be brought in and the expenditure on these equipments totals 5.18 million US dollars (equipment installation fee included). Seen from general plane arrangements, this project is divided into three areas, namely transaction and administration area, warehouse area and parking area. The adoption of advanced logistic equipments is an important guarantee for enterprises to ensure the speedy circulation of logistics. Logistic equipments should have such functions as information release, e-business, in and out warehouse statistics, mechanized transport, intelligentized access, and so on.
Highway-and-Railway Coordinated Transport Center Project lies near Taizhou South Station along Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Railway. It is an important part of Luqiao Luoyang Logistics Center, shouldering the responsibilities of gathering and distributing railway materials of Taizhou South Station. The Center will timely distribute and transfer staple cargo of Taizhou South Railway Station, mainly composed of recycled metals, steel, construction materials, plastic raw materials and products, etc., most of which are voluminous and low value-added cargos that suit railway transport more. Luqiao, where the Project locates, lies in the coastal area of Middle Taizhou. Giving considerations to the North as well as the South, it acts in cooperation with Haimen Harbor, Yuhuan Damaiyu Port and Sanmen Jiantiao Port. It enjoys developed transportation system and is where Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Freight Station and Taizhou Airport which are under construction locate. Expressways and high-grade highways have all been connected to Beilun Harbor, Ningbo. It takes only 120 minutes to ride from Taizhou to Beilun, Ningbo. The existing Taizhou-Jinhua Expressway and Taizhou-Jinhua Railway under programming to be built will further enhance Taizhou Port’s radiation capability to West Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian and Hunan regions. Highway-and-Railway Coordinated Transport Center will make full use of the convenient and nimble highway and railway network to serve industrial and commercial enterprises in Taizhou and Luqiao with handy and fast logistic service. |
