本项目位于台州市主体城区副中心区（新前城市新区核心区块），项目用地北靠宽达100米的82省道延伸线，南临黄岩母亲河永宁江，占地面积46706㎡(70.06亩)，可用面积40456㎡,(60.68亩)，主要建设高档的滨水型国际会议中心、五星级商务酒店和产权式酒店，预计建筑面积16万平方米以上，使之成为浙东地区高档次的会议、旅游和商务设施及标志性建筑。
The total investment for this project is 69 million US dollars. In the project, International Conference Center and Five-star Hotel will cover an area of about 60,000 square meters and their capital construction and decoration investment is estimated to be 29 million US dollars; property right hotels cover an area of 100,000 square meters and their capital construction and decoration investment is estimated to be 30 million US dollars; land-transferring fee is about 8.5 million US dollars; and environmental greening investment is about 1.5 million US dollars. At present, the project’s geological location has been chosen and basic functional allocation and initial requirements have been calculated. We are now in the process of policy handling and constructing such infrastructure as water, electricity and highways.
This project is located at sub-CBD (i.e. Kernel Section of Xinqian City New District) of Taizhou urban area. Its land meets the 100-meter wide Extension Line of No. 82 Provincial Highway in the north and faces the Mother River of Huangyan Yongning River in the south. It covers an area of 46,706 square meters (70.06 mu) and the useable area amounts to 40,456 square meters (60.68 mu). The major facilities to be constructed include Top-grade Lakeside International Conference Center, Five-star Business Hotels and Property Right Hotels and the floor area is estimated to be over 160,000 square meters, thereby making them the top-grade conference, tourism and business facilities and symbol structures in East Zhejiang.
