With a total investment of USD 85.7 million, the tourist resort is estimated to receive a tourism income of more than USD 131 million in 2020, a total tourism income of USD 428.5 million during the construction period, and a profit of approximately USD 85.7 million. Ranked as the provincial key tourist & holiday resort, Shenxianju Tourist & Holiday Resort is planned to cover a total area of 10.1 km2, and its construction includes the tourist center, scenic spot development, water recreation area, hotel & villa and the recreation & leisure area. The tourist center of Xianju Scenic Area is a key project to be developed at present.
