| 本项目总投资约1亿美元，拟在玉环县建设生态农庄、名优水果采摘区、农业民俗休闲区、优质文旦培育区、有机蔬菜生产区、生态湿地观光区，环湖景观带、大型水上游乐项目，形成观光旅游、休闲度假、农事体验、科普教育于一体的综合性景区。可由外方独资，或中方以土地入股及部分现金出资，外方以现金出资金，投资比例可协商；也可由外方对其中的部分项目进行单独投资。
玉环位于东南沿海，台州、温州两市之间，经济发达，交通便利，具有海岛特色的旖旎风光，旅游资源丰富。漩门金海度假中心位于玉环西北面，是国家级水利风景区，项目总面积5万亩，包括2.4万亩的水上活动区、1.6万亩生态湿地、名柚园区和环湖景观带、1万亩观光农业园。目前，已做好项目整体的规划，完成30公里的园区道路、五处总面积为15000㎡停车场、一处四星级酒店、30余幢度假村别墅及部分管网的建设；观光农业园已建设完成并对外营业。景区内独有的辽阔水域，3倍西湖的面积，丰富的生物资源库，随着生态旅游业的逐步兴旺，市场前景看好。
The total investment for this project is about 100 million US dollars. The plan is to develop minor projects, including Ecological Farm, Brand-name and High-quality Fruit Picking Area, Agricultural Folk Custom Leisure Area, High-quality Pomelo Cultivation Area, Organic Vegetable Producing Area, Ecological Wet Land Sightseeing Area, Round-lake Sight Belt and Large On-water Recreational Project, in Yuhuan County, thereby making it a comprehensive scenic area that integrates sightseeing & tourism, leisure & holiday-spending, farming experiencing and popular science education. The investment can be sole foreign investment or Chinese party buys shares with land and contributes partial cash while foreign party contributing cash capital, investment proportion being negotiable, or sole foreign investment on certain minor projects.
Yuhuan locates in Zhejiang coastal area and between Wenzhou and Taizhou. It has developed economy and convenient transport as well as rich tourist resources brought by charming and beautiful island-featured sceneries. Xuanmen Golden Bay Tourist Center is located on the northwestern side of Yuhuan and is a state-level water conservancy scenic area. This project covers a total area of 50,000 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare), including 24,000 mu of On-water Activity Center, 16,000 mu of ecological wet land, brand-name pomelo garden and round-lake Sight Belt and 10,000 mu of Agricultural Sightseeing Park. At present, the overall programming of the project has been worked out; the construction of 30 kilometers of district highway, five parking lots totaling an area of 15,000 square meters, a four-star hotel, over 30 holiday villas and part of pipeline network have completed; and Agricultural Sightseeing Park has completed construction and hasopened for business. The Scenic Area is respectively 80 kilometers and 110 kilometers from Yandang Mountain and Tiantai Mountain State-level Scenic Areas, therefore it has powerful linkage effect. Further more, the Scenic Area has vast water areas, covers an area 3 times that of West Lake, and enjoys abundant biological resources. With the flourishing of ecological tourism, this Area is sure to have bright market prospects.
