| 总投资额1.18亿美元，旅游项目及基础设施投资为1470万美元，景观房产项目投资为10330万美元，整个项目的营运期为20年，分近期远期两期投资。以欧美观光渔村项目每年吸引25000人次高端休闲度假游客以及房产项目效益收入，预计投资回收期为10年。该项目是玉环县政府加快新农村建设及促进玉环旅游产业发展的重点招商项目之一，将享受我县鼓励三产发展的优惠政策的扶持。项目选址于玉环坎门办事处、灯塔、红旗、后沙小区等地，利用当地独特的地理、人文环境开发成集休闲娱乐、旅游度假于一体的现代海岛旅游度假区，规划总用地89．70公顷。规划中的欧美观光渔村是现代欧洲风情的体现，将按照夏威夷渔村、丹麦渔村、苏格兰渔村、挪威渔村及后沙度假区等五大功能片区开发。建设的主要内容有：海上娱乐区，沙滩休闲区，包含各式娱乐酒吧、主题厅等的临海休闲街，集游客狂欢、彩车游行、节日欢庆和购物为一体的狂欢街，游艇俱乐部、垂钓区以及景观房产区等。
该项目进行了前期调查摸底及群众动员等工作，完成了项目概念性规划及修建性详细规划的编制、评审和报批工作，并完成项目建议书等数据的编写。
The total investment is 118 million US dollars, including 14.7 million US dollars on tourism projects and infrastructure and 103.3 million US dollars on sightseeing buildings. This project will be carried out in 20 years in two phases, i.e., the short-term phase and the long-term phase. Its major earnings will be from a yearly number of 25,000 high-end tourists on leisure and holiday tours attracted by Western Style Sightseeing Fishing Village and from real estate projects. The investment recovery period is estimated to be 10 years. This project is one among key investment projects of Yuhuan County Government in its drive to accelerate the construction of new countryside and promote the development of Yuhuan Tourist industries. The County Government will feast the project with preferential policy support which is formulated to encourage the development of the third industry. This project is chosen to be built at places like Yuhuan Kanmen Office, Beacon Community, Red Flag Community, Housha Community so as to utilize the unique local geological and humanistic environments to develop the region into a modern tourism and holiday resort area that integrates leisure, entertainment, tourism and holiday-spending. It is planned to cover an area of 89.70 hectares. Western Style Sightseeing Fishing Village is an embodiment of modern European charms and appeals. It will be developed on the basis of five functional areas, namely, Hawaii Fishing Village, Denmark Fishing Village, Scotland Fishing Village, Norway Fishing Village and Housha Holiday Resort. Major minor projects to be constructed include Marine Entertainment Area, Sand Beach Leisure Area, Linhai Leisure Street with various style recreational bars and theme halls, Revelry Street that combines tourist carnival, float parade, festival celebration and shopping, Yacht Club, Angling Area, Sightseeing Buildings Area, and so on.
The preliminary work for the project such as survey and mass mobilization has been carried out. The conceptual programming and the drafting, evaluation and approval formalities of the constructive detailed plan have been completed. Relevant documents such as project proposal have finished compilation.
64、Taizhou New Century Modern Agricultural Recreational and Sightseeing Park Project
The total investment is 2.6 million US dollars. Upon the complete construction of Taizhou New Century Modern Agricultural Recreational and Sightseeing Park, it will attract more tourists and students to come for visits, learning and leisure as it will integrate high-tech agricultural exhibition, skill training, recreation & sightseeing and student farming education. The number of yearly tourists is estimated to amount to 50,000 and incomes from such services as tickets, seed and seedling selling, fruit and vegetable harvesting, skill training, field lease, angling and catering can reach 0.73 million US dollars. If things go as expected, fixed assets investment can be recovered in 3-4 years.
The project is located beside Chengguan Brook of Linhai. At present, the construction of Guest Welcome Area, Modern Agricultural Technology Exhibition Area and infrastructure (highways, water & electricity) has almost completed. A total sum of 1.18 million US dollars has been invested in the project. Projects in need of investment now are Leisure and Entertainment Area and Scientific Training Center. |
