The total investment is 20 million US dollars. This park is 6 kilometers from Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway exit, 25 kilometers from the Airport and 26 kilometers from Haimen Harbor. It is located between State-level Scenic Areas Tiantai Mountain Scenic Area and Yandang Mountain Scenic Area and is only two kilometers from Provincial-level Scenic Area Huayan Mountain, 2.5 hours’ drive from Hangzhou and 4.5 hours’ drive from Shanghai. The terrain of this area is flat. At present, there are 3,000 mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) of orange plantation and a 1000-meter long Orange Corridor. Tourist Footpaths, an Orange Museum, Celebrity Archives Center and Orange Square have been built here. The point of process is to work out a good overall program, including World Famous Orange Exhibition Park, Entertainment Section, Leisure Section, Holiday Village and others. This project has an investment return ratio of 8%, a yearly income of 4 million US dollars and a yearly profit of 1.6 million US dollars.
