The total investment for this project is 180 million US dollars. It is located at West Baizhang Highland of Huangyan city and is about 10 kilometers from Huangyan urban area. It joins with Huayan Mountain Scenic Area in the north and meets the 10,000-mu (1mu=1/15 hectare) Orange Sightseeing Park in the south. This project covers a total area of 2,674 mu, therein 1,000 mu can be developed. The major sights and functional areas include Forestry Orchard Leisure Center, Conference Affairs Convalescence Base, Religious and Cultural Center, On-water Health Center, Low Density Noble Holiday Resort, Tourist Service Center and Entrance Square and Shade Parking Lot.
The interior economic yield of this project is 15% and the net present value is 27 million US dollars. Its investment recovery period is 5 years.
