项目所在台州市农垦场占地5.8平方公里，已形成西瓜、柑桔、笋菜三大产业基地，舵鸟、对虾、奶牛、猪四大养殖场，是全国无公害基地。联系单位台州市农垦场。
With a total investment of USD47.5 million, solely funded, the project covers the following contents, Hi-tech Exhibition Garden of Agriculture, Linhai Fruit Garden, Jinquan Farm, Countryside Resort, Ecological Leisure Area, Green Farm, etc. A large-scale modern farm with various functions integrating planting, scientific research, science & education, tourism, leisure and entertainment will appear after the completion. Inner return rate will be 25.96%, and the investment payback period is 5.85 years. At present, Jinquan Farm has completed construction and is opened to the public, and the farm area is settled with automatic irrigation equipment of stable pressure (irrigate, spray, drip) measured as long as 26 kilometers in total, 39 automatic pumps, with cement road of 15 kilometers, cement concrete pavement of 15 kilometers and indurated offtake channel of 27 kilometers. An intelligent greenhouse of 3500 m2 is built, together with multi-span steel greenhouse of 15000 m2 and water melon greenhouse of 2000mu.
The project is located in Taizhou Farmland, with an area of 5.8 km2, it has become the industrial base for water melon, orange and bamboo shoots. It’s the breeding field of ostrich, prawn, cow and pigs, also know as a national pollution-free base. The contact unit is Taizhou Farmland.
