项目总投资5000万美元，独资或合资。项目建成后年产值可达1000万美元,静态投资回收期5—6年。以现有西部六乡一镇各类基地规模为基础，按5年规划，从而逐步形成以高山蔬菜，笋竹两用林，东魁杨梅及柑桔为主的水果类，优质米与其它农产品等为主导产业的核心区块，到2011年建成5个现代农业综合开发示范区。该项目已作发展规划，正在争取国家级和省级项目扶持资金。

该项目位于台州市区西部，辖区共有林地面积53.24万亩，耕地4.8万亩，园地4万亩，适宜农业综合开发，发展特色生态经济。

With a total investment of USD50 million, either solely funded or jointly funded, the project will achieve a production value of USD10 million after its completion, with a static investment payback period of 5-6 years. Based on the 6 counties and 1 town in the west, core region with leading industries such as high mountainous vegetable, dual forest of bamboo and bamboo shoots, fruits with Dongkui waxberry and orange as majority, high quality rice and other agricultural products will be steadily formed according to the five-year plan and five development demonstration areas of modern agriculture will be constructed by 2011. The project has worked out a development program and is applying for national and provincial funds for support.

The project is located in the west of Taizhou, with a forest area of 532,400 mu, an infield of 48,000 mu and a garden field of 40,000 mu, suitable for comprehensive development of agriculture and development of characteristic ecological economy.
