| 项目总投资2460 万美元，建设水产品加工区、水产品交易区、渔需物资供应区、海鲜美食休闲区、渔民住宅区、渔民培训区、渔船修造区等功能区块，总面积1400亩。该项目建成后，将成为浙东南最大的海洋与渔业后方基地和水产品配送中心，全国重点农产品加工园区。
椒江中心渔港已建成渔业码头12座，形成了42个泊位的靠泊能力，港区可供3000艘渔船锚泊。陆域后方基地已完成分区规划调整和土地利用总体规划调整。首期启动的1400亩已完成控制性详细规划编制，项目建议书已经省发改委批复。目前已进入项目可行性研究报告审批阶段。计划今年完成项目立项，征用土地360亩，启动后方基地建设。
With a total investment of 24.6 million USD and a total area of 1,400 mu, the project is to construct such functional areas as Marine Product Process Area, Marine Product Trade Area, Fishing Material Supply Area, Seafood Recreation Area, Fishermen’ Residential Area, Fishermen’ Training Area, Fisher Maintenance Area and so on. After completion, it will become the largest Sea Fishing Back Base & Marine Product Supply Center in the southeast of Zhejiang and national key agricultural products process area.
Jiaojiang District Central Fishing Port has constructed 12 wharves with the capacity of 42 berths to support 3,000 fishers to anchor. The back base in the land area has been completed adjustment of district planning and land-utilization overall planning. The prophase 1,400 mu has been worked out the detailed controlling program. The project’s proposal has been approved by Zhejiang Development & Reform Commission. At present, it has entered the stage of feasibility study report examination & approval. It is programmed to finish the project’s approval this year, expropriate the land of 360 mu and start the construction of back base.
