The project’s total investment is 6.5 million USD. With key problems tackled by the industrialization key technologies and the integrated innovation of equipment, the project is to construct biological amylose functional material industrialization large-scale production base with an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons. It has one D-Glucosamine Hydrochloride production line with an annual production of 2,000 tons, one series different molecular weight chitosan process production line with an annual production of 180 tons and one 100,000 grade GMP cleaning shop which can meet the production needs of various high-quality biological polysaccharide materials. The project is to develop the biological polysaccharide functional material product standard system, set up quality assurance system, introduce energy-saving & less discharge and enlarge cleaning production to greatly increase biological resource utilization rate, energy use rate and the recycling utilization rate of hydrochloric acid, alcohol and crude products from raw materials and byproducts.

The project is a key program of the National Technical Department Taizhou Sea Spark Special Industrial Centralization Area, an important program of Zhejiang Wenzhou-Taizhou Blue Agricultural Spark Industrial Area and Zhejiang Sea Hi-tech Area and a special advantageous industry of the local island county. Biological polysaccharide is made from marine animal, which is in accordance with the overall plan for the national agricultural industrial development and the national sea industrial policies, “National Hi-tech Products List”, “National Key New Products Plan Priority Development Field and Products Direction Catalogue” and the development of halobios pharmacy in Zhejiang industrial development program. Chinese party is Zhejiang agricultural leading enterprise, which can enjoy the relevant preferential policies of Zhejiang agricultural leading enterprises.
