本项目产品热强度及散热效率高，可把现在的常规供暖温度由95－70℃降到75－60℃的低温供暖方式；环境污染小，外型美观，承受压力大，能用于高层或超高层建筑，并可与各类型房屋装修相配；内腔清洁、阻力小，能满足分户计量的“热改”要求。该项目符合国家产业发展导向，可用于新建筑中封闭式供暖系统与旧系统改造，产品定位为高档钢制板式散热器，可大量取代进口，市场需求量大。项目联系单位浙江宏倍斯实业有限公司，由浙江博民股份与英国阿特拉斯公司合资组建。公司现有新厂房占地面积30000平方米，建筑面积39000平方米，按年生产24万套散热器设计，现在可以为该项目开发提供独立的生产线。已配备高性能气动冲床、液压摆式剪板机、板式散热器缝焊机、涂装设备生产线等。
With a total investment of 2.9 million USD, the project is to reconstruct unused workshops, add new production equipment and build one energy-saving steel panel radiator production line with an annual production of 100,000 panel radiators and added output value of 7.2 million USD. It is to achieve an annual sales income of 7.15 million USD on the average with the annual mean profit of 1.45 million USD and a static investment return period of 2.86 years (including construction period). The breakeven point expressed by the production capacity utilization rate is 20%.
The project’s products have high heating strength and efficiency, adopting low-temperature heating mode that the current general heating temperature is dropped from 95-70 ℃ to 75-60℃, with less environmental pollution, beautiful appearance and strong resistance, adaptable to high and high-rise buildings which can match with various houses. The products have clean inside and low resistance, which can meet the heat change demands of every household. The project is in accordance with the national industrial development orientation, which can apply for the closed-type heating system in new buildings and the reconstruction of old system. Products are set as high-grade Steel Panel Radiators, which can replace the import in a large amount, with great market needs. Chinese party is Zhejiang Hongbeisi Industry Co., Ltd. established by Zhejiang Bomin Co., Ltd. and Atlas Company of UK. The company’ new workshops cover an area of 30,000 m2 with a construction area of 39,000 m2, which are designed with an annual production capacity of 240,000 sets of radiators. At present, the company can provide independent production lines for this project. It has high-efficiency gas punch, hydraulic-pressure swing guillotine shear, panel radiator sewing and soldering machine, coating machines, etc.
