项目总投资1200万美元，利用公司原有厂址购置国内外先进设备，形成年产400万套汽车空滤器的生产能力，达到欧Ⅳ、欧Ⅴ标准，以国内市场40%占有率为目标，逐步推向世界市场。可新增产值4500万美金。按6%利润率计算，年增利润270万美金，税后净利200万美金，预计资回收期为5年。

根据行业分析，我国2008年空气滤清器需求量将达830万套，预计到2010年需求量达1000万套。项目联系单位浙江恒勃滤清器有限公司是我国第一家由民营企业独家起草制订摩托车和轻便摩托车空滤器行业标准的单位；为国内最大的摩托车空滤器开发生产基地(其中摩托车市场占有率达70%以上) 。据国家行业协会统计，企业2007年总销售名列浙江省内同行第一，居国内滤清器行业排名前三位。摩托车空气滤清器产销量排列国内首位。

The total investment in this project is 12 million US dollars. The project will make use of the company’s original advanced home-made facilities to form an annual production capacity of 400 million sets of the auto air filter with the Europe IV and V standards. The domestic market share will account for 40% and it will gradually go to the world’s markets. The project will increase a new output 45 million US dollars. Based on the profit of 6%, a yearly profit will increase 2.7 million US dollars. The net profit after taxation will be 2 million US dollars. It is expected that the duration for the withdrawal of funds is 5 years. 

According to the industry analysis, 2008 China’s demand for auto air filters was as high as 8.3 million sets. 2010’s demand for air filters will reach 10 million sets. The contacting unit efor the project is Zhejiang Hengbo Filter Company, Ltd. It is China’s first non-governmental enterprise which solely drafted and worked out the air filter standards for motorcycles and light motorcycles. It is the country’s biggest production and development base for motorcycle air filters, whose market share account for over 70%. In line with statistics from the State industry association, the company’s gross sales of 2007 ranked first among the Zhejiang provincial same industry, ranked third among the domestic air filter industry. The production and sales for motorcycle air filters ranked first in the country.
