| 一、项目背景及建设条件
微型车厢的高架轨道列车是一种自动控制的新型列车,一个车厢可依据乘客的需求自主选择一个人或两个人乘坐。系统主要由小高架、小型高架站台、微型列车以及控制系统等组成。小高架的支柱高约5-6米,一般立于人行道边的绿化带上。小高架的轨道梁两侧用于行驶来回对开的两列车。微型列车实现自动驾驶,用电力牵引,最高时速60公里。列车车厢内部高约1.2米,宽约1.1米,长约1.0米,列车总长约25米,单向客容量为40人,双向为80人。这种新的运输方式,不但融合了目前公共汽车、公共电车等常规公共交通运输工具的长处,而且也吸收了轻轨、地铁等快速轨道交通运输工具的优点,同时有着现有城市交通工具所不具备的许多新特征,适用于现代城市的公共交通。
作品的论文已在中国科技核心期刊《城市轨道交通研究》上发表;作品的初步框架在“2005·上海轨道交通国际论坛”上作了演示,作者并与中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士、日本日中科技文化中心会长等人同台演讲。框架在得到众多专家的指点修改,现已基本成型。其核心技术的系列专利,也已获得国家知识产权的保护。

I. Background & Construction Conditions:
Mini-sized coach elevated rail train is a kind of auto-controlled new-type train. A coach can independently select one or two persons to seat relying on passengers’ demands. The system is composed of small elevated roads, small-sized elevated platforms, mini-sized train and the control system. The small elevated roads’ pillars are about 5-6 m high, which often stand in the green belt by pavements. Both sides of small elevated roads’ track beam can be driven by come-and-go two trains. Mini-sized train is to achieve automatic drive with electric power and the high speed of 60 km/hour. The inside of coach is 1.2 m high, 1.1 m wide and 1.0 m long. The whole train is 25 m long with an accommodation capacity of 40 passengers in one direction and 80 passengers in two directions. This new transportation method not only contains the advantages of the common public transport vehicle like public buses and public electric cars, but also introduces the advantages of express rail vehicle like light rail and subway, with many new chrematistics which don’t exist in the current vehicle, adaptable to the public transportation of modern cities.
The thesis has been released in “Urban Rail Transportation Research”, China Scientific & Technical Core Periodical. The preliminary framework was performed in “2005·Shanghai Rail Transportation International Forum”. The author gave a lecture with academician from Chinese Academy of Sciences, academician from Chinese Academy of Engineering and chairman from Japan-China Scientific & Technical Culture Center in Japan. The framework has basically formed after it obtained many opinions and suggestions of many experts. The core technical series patent has gained the protection from the national intellectual property rights.

The project’s design and mid-stage test need about 10 million USD. After completion of the mid-stage test, the government will take the lead to invest and carry out construction in the city.
