磁悬浮双定子高能电机改变了传统意义上的电机结构，采用了全新设计原理，充分有效地利用了磁场的感应电势，保证了系统的高效运行，是一种既可以用于纯动力，又可以用于发电的低耗高能电机。该发明专利已推广到了汽车领域，利用该项专利改装的轿车、面包车、大型轿车在国内纯电动车的各项评比、展示中获得较好的成绩。
我国现有海洋渔业船舶95万艘，其中机械动力船舶51万艘。在机械动力船舶中，船龄超过20年的占40%，我们将部分小动力的老旧船舶作为目标，全面改造其驱动系统，打造出世界上第一批纯电动海洋渔业船舶，对保护海洋生态环境和资源，大幅度降低渔民的生产成本，提渔民的经济收益有着现实的意义。

本项目总投资1088万美元，一期建设厂房及相关配套设施18000m2，建造精密升机械加工中心、程控模拟船舶试验台等。纯电动渔业船舶，没有废气排放，没有油耗，没有污染，是标准的节能环保产品，完全符合国家研究方向和产业发展导向，会得到国家配套政策的支持。项目建成后，实现年销售额430万美元，税利190万美元。

I. Background and Construction Conditions
Maglev twin-stator high-efficiency motor changes traditional motor structure and adopts brand-new design principles, which effectively makes use of the inductive potential of magnetic field and ensures high-efficiency operation of the system. It is a kind of high-efficiency and low-cost motor applicable for both drive and power. This invention patent has been applied in the automobile field. Cars, microbuses and cars rebuilt by using this patent have won satisfying awards in varied competitions and exhibitions of domestic electric vehicles.
China has 950,000 ships of marine fishery, and 510,000 of them are machinery-driven, 40% of them are over 20 years old. Targeting at part of these old small-drive ships, we plan to completely reconstruct their drive system and build the world’s first batch of purely electric ships of marine fishery, which has practical significance to protecting marine ecological environment and resources, reducing fishermen’s production costs by a big margin and upgrading their economic profits.

With a total investment of 10.88 million USD, the project, in the first phase, is to construct workshops and related supporting facilities, precision machinery process center, remote simulation ship testing platform, etc. covering an area of 18,000 m2. Purely electric ships, without exhaust emission, oil consumption or any other pollution, are standard energy-saving and environment-protection products. The project can fully accord with the national research orientation and industrial development direction and obtain the support from the national supporting policies. After completion, the project is to achieve an annual sales income of 4.3 million USD and the tax profit of 1.9 million USD.

China Huafu Holding Group was enrolled in Wenling with a registered capital of RMB 100 million yuan. It has 11 subsidiary companies (independent corporations). With civil investment, it is a limited liability company adopting capitalization operation mode. The business items include hi-tech incubator construction, hi-tech product development & production with independent intellectual property rights, large-scale business program development, commercial house development & construction, hotel management, etc. Its partial subsidiary companies have passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 attestation. China Huafu Holding Group has a number of national patent projects, with its products exported to many countries and some of its enterprises evaluated as Zhejiang AAA-grade Credit Enterprises.
