近年来随着国际市场节日灯需求量的日益增长，我国节日灯行业的高速发展，目前我国已成为世界发光二极管（LED）节日灯串生产及加工的中心，起初时主要集中在珠江三角洲和长江三角洲一些台资企业生产、销售。近阶段来已逐步向浙江一带转移，主要集中在有一定基础和规模的节日灯生产企业生产、销售。同时随着《中国绿色照明工程》的启运，国内发光二极管（LED）灯串的需求量也大幅度增长，提高（LED）的质量及数量，已成为我国（LED）灯串行业的当务之急。发光二极管（LED）灯串具有低功耗、高效能、环保、长寿命、安全等特点，产品应用范围极广，更为广泛的是近百年来普通节日灯的替代产品。

With the increasing demands for festival lamps in the international market in recent years, China festival lamp industry has a rapid development. At present, China has become an international LED festival lamp cluster production and process center. In the beginning, some Taiwan-owned Enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze Delta took charge of production and distribution. In recent phase, gradually turning to the range of Zhejiang, the production and distribution concentrate in festival lamp production enterprises with strong foundation and large scale. Meanwhile, as “China Green Lights Project” is launched, the domestic LED lamp clusters’ demands are increasing by a big margin. Improving LED’s quality and quantity is urgent in China LED lamp cluster industry. LED lamp clusters have some features such as low power consumption, high efficiency, environmental-protection, long lifespan, security, etc. With a larger application range, they have become ordinarily holiday lamps’ substitutable products.

The project’s total investment is 8.5 million USD. The foreign party will offer an investment of 4 million USD. New workshops cover an area of 5,000 m². The project is to add production equipment. Produced by the current technologies, the LED clusters are sold well in the domestic market. After completion, the company will achieve an annual production capacity of 10 million LED clusters. Theinvestment return period is about 3 years.

The Chinese party provides 55 mu land-use rights, relevant workshops and production equipment, production technique and technologies.
