项目所在地浙江省玉环县位于浙江省东南沿海黄金海岸线中段，是全国13个海岛县之一，有国家一级渔港—坎门渔港，水陆交通十分便利,电力充足，玉环县是个海洋渔业大县，背靠乐清湾、东濒东海渔场，虾、蟹壳资源十分丰富,是国内最大的海洋动物甲壳中制备生物多糖主产区。 本项目是国家科技部台州湾海洋星火特色产业集聚区重点项目和浙江省温台蓝色农业星火产业带及省级海洋高科技园区的重点项目,也是当地海岛县的特色优势产业。从海洋生物中制备生物多糖,符合国家农业产业化发展的总体规划和国家海洋产业政策；符合《国家高新技术产品目录》；符合《国家重点新产品计划优先发展领域和产品指导目录》；符合浙江省产业发展规划中海洋生物制药的发展；项目单位是浙江省骨干农业龙头企业，可享受省农业龙头企业的有关优惠政策。

1、本项目通过产业化关键技术攻关和装备的集成创新,形成年产4000吨生物多糖功能材料产业化规模生产基地,其中年产2000吨的D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和年产180吨的系列不同分子量壳聚糖精加工生产线各一条,满足多品种高质量生物多糖材料生产要求的十万级GMP净化车间1个。

3、土建厂房和配套设施及新增实验、检测设备等。

项目总投资4461万元，其中厂房及GMP车间建设1800万元，生产设备1436万元，其它145万元，流动资金1000万元。项目建设期为二年，达产年总销售收入为16700万元，净利润2392万元，销售利润率21.4%，静态收益率87.4%，投资利润率80.0，动态投资回收期4.18年，内部收益率54.74%.

浙江金壳生物化学有限公司是有限责任公司，创建于1994年,注册资金650万元,是目前国内最大的生物多糖功能材料生产企业之一，公司占地面积20000平方米，建筑面积7000平方米，属“浙江省高新技术企业”、“省科技型中小企业” ，2005年经认定成为“省级骨干农业龙头企业”，2006年企业被评为“全国乡镇企业创名牌重点企业”、“全国农产品加工示范企业”。 连续多年被评省工商局、省中行“AAA”级资信企业。2002年通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证，拥有生产流水线六条，建有“玉环甲壳素省级高新技术研究开发中心”和质检中心。已拥有发明专利4项，省级高新技术产品5个。2006年产品所注册的“金壳”商标被认定为浙江省著名商标。生产的壳聚糖被认定为浙江省名牌产品，D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐被认定为台州市名牌产品。

The project’s location is in Yuhuan County of Zhejiang. Yuhuan County, located in the middle golden coastline of southeast coastal area of Zhejiang, is one of 13 island counties in China. It has Yikanmen Fishing Port, a national 1-grade fishing port, with convenient land and water transport and sufficient electric power. Yuhuan County is a great county in marine fishing, backing on Leqing Bay and east to East China Sea fishery, with abundant shrimp and crab shell resource. It is the greatest production area of biological polysaccharide made from marine animal chitin in China. The project is a key program of the National Technical Department Taizhou Sea Spark Special Industrial Centralization Area, an important program of Zhejiang Wenzhou-Taizhou Blue Agricultural Spark Industrial Area and Zhejiang Sea Hi-tech Area and a special advantageous industry of the local island county. Biological polysaccharide is made from marine animal, which is in accordance with the overall plan for the national agricultural industrial development and the national sea industrial policies, “National Hi-tech Products List”, “National Key New Products Plan Priority Development Field and Products Direction Catalogue” and the development of halobios pharmacy in Zhejiang industrial development program. Chinese party is Zhejiang agricultural leading enterprise, which can enjoy the relevant preferential policies of Zhejiang agricultural leading enterprises.

1. With key problems tackled by the industrialization key technologies and the integrated innovation of equipment, the project is to construct biological amylose functional material industrialization large-scale production base with an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons. It has one D-Glucosamine Hydrochloride production line with an annual production of 2,000 tons, one series different molecular weight chitosan process production line with an annual production of 180 tons and one 100,000 grade GMP cleaning shop which can meet the production needs of various high-quality biological polysaccharide materials.

2. The project is to develop the biological polysaccharide functional material product standard system, set up quality assurance system, introduce energy-saving & less discharge and enlarge cleaning production to greatly increase biological resource utilization rate, energy use rate and the recycling utilization rate of hydrochloric acid, alcohol and crude products from raw materials and byproducts.

3. Civil workshops, supporting facilities, added experiments, inspection equipment, etc.

The project’s total investment of 44.61 million yuan include workshops and GMP workshop construction of 18 million yuan, production equipment of 14.36 million yuan, the other construction of 1.45 million yuan and the circulating fund of 10 million yuan. The project’s construction period is 2 years. The project is to achieve an annual sales income of 167 million yuan, a net profit of 23.93 million yuan, a sales profit rate of 21.4%, a static profit rate of 87.4%, an investment profit rate of 80.0%, a dynamic investment return period of 4.18 years and an inner return rate of 54.74%.

It is one of the greatest biological amylose functional material production enterprises in China at present, covering an area of 20,000 m² with a construction area of 7,000 m². It is “Zhejiang Hi-tech Enterprise”, “Zhejiang Scientific & Technical Small & Medium-Sized Enterprise”, “Zhejiang Agricultural Leading Enterprise” through cognizance in 2005, “China Rural Business Brand Key Enterprise” in 2006 and “China Agricultural Product Process Demonstration Enterprise”. It is reputed as “AAA” grade credit enterprise by Zhejiang Industrial & Commercial Bureau and Bank of China in Zhejiang. The company passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System Attestation in 2002. It has 6 production lines, Yuhuan Chitin Provincial-Level Hi-tech Research & Development Center and Quality Inspection Center with 4 invention patents and 5 provincial-level hi-tech product patents.
